Spaces Still Available At Mount Forest Camp This Summer: A Christian Run Children’s Sleepover Camp
Do you live in Ontario and have or know a child who you would like to see go to camp and hear the gospel this summer? Good!
Thankfully as of this posting there is still room at Mount Forest Camp this summer.
Campers enjoy full days of activities, sports, swimming, crafts, a campfire every night and a Bible lesson every day – all in 100 acres of beautiful nature near Mount Forest, Ontario.
This year there are three types of camp to serve different ages of kids. They are: a day camp for local children aged 5-11, kids sleep over camp for children aged 8-13 and a teen camp for teens aged 14-19.
The experiences that your child has
at camp will last with them for a lifetime. In fact, we hear new stories from past campers ranging back nearly fifty years at our Harvest Day reunion in the fall every year. So we know that going to camp makes a real difference in a young person’s life.
Mount Forest Camp has been run completely by volunteers since it was established in 1963! Many of the volunteers who staff the camp started out as
campers themselves.
Camp is a special place where memories and friends are made, but more importantly it is a place where lives are changed when campers meet Jesus Christ, often for the first time.
Here are the dates and fees for the various camps this summer:

Apex Christian Weekend 2006 – Talks by Brian Johnston
The Church of God on Toronto participated in a great weekend up in Mount Forest back in 2006. Brian Johnston from the Church of God in Leigh, England was our guest speaker on that occasion and he gave 4 talks with the overall theme of “Live Like You Believe It”.
Brian’s message made a deep impression on those who heard him. It is hard to believe that 5 years have now passed and it is probably a good time to refresh the memory or indeed hear these message for the first time. You can download the files or listen to them online – it is up to you!
